WASenderPlus gives you the controls to message people responsibly. Compliance is shared: we provide the tools, and you decide who you message and why.
Compliance
Consent
Only message people who have agreed to hear from you. WASenderPlus stores the consent source on each contact so you can show where permission came from.
Opt-outs
Recognized opt-out replies such as STOP are honored across the API, the web app, the Chrome extension and Google Sheets, even if the contact is imported again.
Pacing
Sends are paced per number, and new numbers warm up gradually. Pacing lowers the risk of restrictions but does not remove it.
Personal data
We process contact and message data only to provide the service. Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it and the rights you have over your data, including access and deletion.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's policies and the laws that apply to your messages, including marketing and data-protection rules in your customers' countries.
