What you get

Send from Google Sheets, CSV, or Excel

Import contacts from the Google Sheets add-on, a CSV, or an Excel file, or work from the Chrome and Edge extension. Map columns to merge fields so each recipient sees their own name, order, or appointment details.

Schedule campaigns and attach media

Schedule a broadcast for a set time and attach media files to the message. Preview personalized messages before launch to catch blank names, wrong dates, or duplicate numbers.

Automatic opt-outs and paced sending

Keyword-based auto unsubscribe suppresses contacts who reply to stop. Paced sending spaces messages apart, so replies arrive at a rate your team can actually handle.

Track results and share replies

See sent, delivered, read, and replied status for each campaign. Handle responses from a shared WhatsApp number and team inbox, using chat labels and internal notes for handoffs.

How it works

1

Import your audience and consent records

Connect Google Sheets or upload a CSV or Excel file. Check phone-number formatting, remove duplicates, and keep only contacts whose consent covers this campaign.

2

Personalize, attach media, and preview

Write your message, insert merge fields from your columns, and attach media. Preview recipient messages to catch unresolved placeholders before anything is sent.

3

Schedule the send and set reply coverage

Pick a send time and let paced sending space messages apart. Decide who monitors the shared team inbox while replies arrive.

4

Track status and follow up

Review sent, delivered, read, and replied status. Label replies, add internal notes, and record opt-outs before your next audience refresh.

Consent and opt-out handling

Check permission before every audience refresh

Record your WhatsApp opt-in source, scope, and evidence alongside each contact. A saved phone number or previous purchase should not substitute for permission to send the proposed campaign.

WASenderPlus's auto unsubscribe suppresses contacts who reply with an opt-out keyword. Requests written in ordinary language, such as "please stop messaging me", still need a teammate to review and record them.

Keep a named consent review step in your launch checklist. When you refresh audiences through Google Sheets, reconcile opt-outs rather than treating an older spreadsheet as current permission.

Keep evidence with the audience

Store the opt-in source, timestamp, and message purpose in your working records. Check that your planned offer or update matches the permission you collected.

Reconcile every unsubscribe route

Review both keyword opt-outs and requests handled by teammates. Before another campaign, confirm that your refreshed audience excludes contacts who withdrew permission.

Separate privacy from permission

Treat recipient privacy and consent as separate questions. Private delivery does not establish a lawful basis or decide which teammates should access customer records.

Match the audience to the message purpose

Use broadcasts for appointment reminders, order updates, event invitations, and promotional offers your contacts agreed to receive.

E-commerce

Order updates, cart recovery and support for online stores.

Education

Admissions, fee reminders and class updates for schools and EdTech.

Real estate

Share listings, book viewings and follow up with buyers.

Marketing eligibility depends on recipient country and message category. For a promotional offer to US recipients, check current rules and consent requirements before planning the campaign.

Questions about your broadcast workflow

What is WhatsApp broadcasting software, and how does WASenderPlus work?

WhatsApp broadcasting software helps you prepare an audience, send campaign messages, and manage responses. WASenderPlus combines personalization, scheduling, paced sending, auto opt-outs, reporting, and a team inbox.

You work from the Google Sheets add-on or Chrome extension, connected through a linked WhatsApp Web session on your number. Plans start at $6/month.

How does software differ from native broadcast lists, and must recipients save my number?

Native broadcast lists live inside the WhatsApp app and only reach contacts who saved your number. That condition belongs to the native feature.

WASenderPlus sends each message as an individual chat from your linked number, so recipients don't need to save it. They still need to have agreed to hear from you.

How many contacts can I broadcast to with WASenderPlus?

Your plan sets the volume available to you, so compare plans on the pricing page. Paced sending then spaces messages 4–40 seconds apart.

Safe volume also depends on your number's history, consent quality, and how recipients respond. An operational cap is not confirmed delivery or platform permission.

Can recipients see other contacts, and how are broadcasts different from groups or channels?

No. Broadcast messages arrive privately in each recipient's chat, and replies come back as private chats to your shared team inbox. Groups share one thread with every member.

WhatsApp Channels are one-way follower feeds. They suit announcements rather than customer-specific updates that expect a reply.

What consent records and opt-out checks should I keep?

Keep the opt-in source, timestamp, scope, and proof with your contact records. Match each campaign to the permission you actually collected.

WASenderPlus's auto unsubscribe handles keyword opt-outs. Teammates should record ordinary-language requests too. Check both before you reimport a refreshed list.

Can I personalize messages, schedule campaigns, and connect my CRM?

Yes. Insert merge fields from your spreadsheet columns, attach media, and schedule the broadcast for a set time.

For CRM integration, WASenderPlus connects with Shopify, Zoho, LeadSquared, Zapier, Make, and n8n. Check each integration page for the events it supports.

Can I send campaigns to recipients in the United States?

Eligibility depends on the recipient's country, your sending route, and the message category. Marketing rules for US recipients change, so check current Meta documentation before a campaign.

Platform rules, recipient consent, and applicable US law are separate requirements. Review your workflow with your own counsel before sending marketing messages to US numbers.

Why might contacts not receive a broadcast, and what should I check?

Start with the campaign report. It shows which messages were sent, delivered, read, or replied to.

For undelivered messages, check contact validity, number formatting, opt-out exclusions, and any account notices. Confirm the cause before you resend. An unresolved status does not justify another attempt.

What should I compare before choosing a WhatsApp broadcast provider?

Compare number ownership, sending method, audience storage, reply workflow, and total cost. Watch a provider handle an opt-out and route a reply to the right teammate.

WASenderPlus is a low-cost, linked-session option starting at $6/month. Teams needing official templates at scale should compare WhatsApp Business API or WhatsApp Cloud API providers.

Choose your sending method and operating workflow

Native WhatsApp broadcast lists vs WASenderPlus

Compare the sending method before comparing features. Native broadcast lists are contact selections inside the WhatsApp app. WASenderPlus sends through a linked WhatsApp Web session on your own number, not the official WhatsApp Business Platform or Cloud API.

Native lists cost nothing and suit small, saved-contact audiences. WASenderPlus suits teams that keep audiences in spreadsheets and need personalization, scheduling, and shared replies.

Sending pace, list size, and eligible recipients

Native list capacity differs from software throughput. Check WhatsApp's help pages for the current native limit. Then size your campaign by consent, contact validity, and your number's history.

WASenderPlus applies a 4–40 seconds interval between sends. This is a product setting, not a WhatsApp-published allowance or evidence of delivery.

Because campaigns run on your own number, WhatsApp's terms and account enforcement still apply. Unwanted messages and high block rates can lead to restrictions on that number.

Private chats, labels, and reply ownership

Broadcast messages arrive as private one-to-one chats, so recipients never see each other. Replies land in the shared team inbox, where teammates apply chat labels and add internal notes.

Name a reply owner and an escalation destination for each campaign. Use keyword-based auto replies for common questions, such as opening hours or rescheduling steps.

Hidden recipient lists do not decide which teammates should access customer conversation history. Set that rule internally.

Review those access rules whenever your team changes.

Personalization, segments, and integrations

Build audience segmentation with contact labels or spreadsheet columns, such as appointment type or purchase interest. Check your Google Sheets source for missing values before sending personalized messages.

Use a pre-send review to inspect names, dates, destinations, and duplicate phone numbers. Contact export lets you move cleaned lists back into your records.

Beyond Sheets, WASenderPlus offers integrations with Shopify, Zoho, LeadSquared, Zapier, Make, and n8n. Each integration page lists the events and data it supports.

Templates, service windows, and the API route

WhatsApp Business Platform campaigns use Meta-approved templates, template categories, and a customer service window for free-form replies. Check current Meta documentation for those rules.

WASenderPlus's linked-session route does not use Meta template approval or Meta per-message charges. If you need official template messaging at API scale, choose a Business Platform provider instead.

WASenderPlus fits best when your team sends to people who already know you. Typical examples are clinic appointment reminders, order updates for past buyers, and event invitations to registered guests.

It is a poor fit for cold outreach to purchased lists. It also suits high-volume, regulated messaging less well than an official API provider with approved templates and published throughput tiers.

WhatsApp broadcasting software from $6/month

WASenderPlus plans start at $6/month. Campaigns run through your linked number, so no Meta per-message fees sit on top of the subscription. Compare plan features on the pricing page.

Define delivery tracking denominators before interpreting a report. Separate selected contacts, eligible recipients, attempted sends, and confirmed deliveries. Unread messages are not failures.

Read the replied count alongside opt-outs from the same campaign. A high reply rate paired with rising opt-outs often means the audience or timing needs work, not the message wording.
