Your contacts, messages and API keys are sensitive. This page explains how we protect them and what you can do to keep your account safe.

Encrypted connections

The WASenderPlus website, apps and API are served over HTTPS, so data travelling between your systems and ours is encrypted in transit.

API keys

Every API request is authenticated with a Bearer token. Keep your API key on your server, never in browser code or a public repository, and replace it straight away if you think it has been exposed.

Access to your account

Use a strong, unique password and give each teammate their own login rather than sharing one, so you can remove access when someone leaves.

Your WhatsApp session

WASenderPlus sends through a linked WhatsApp Web session on your own number. You can see and remove linked devices at any time from WhatsApp on your phone.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you have found a vulnerability, please tell us through our Contact page before disclosing it publicly. We review every report and will keep you informed.
