Terms of Service

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account and your team members' accounts.

You may only message people who have given you permission to contact them. You must not send spam, unlawful, misleading or harmful content, and you must honor opt-out requests. You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's terms and policies and with the laws that apply to your messages.

WASenderPlus works through a linked WhatsApp Web session and is not Meta's official Cloud API. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers at its own discretion. We apply pacing and opt-out controls, but we cannot guarantee that a number will not be restricted, and we are not liable for restrictions WhatsApp applies.

Paid plans are billed in advance for each billing period. New accounts start with a 7-day free trial that does not require a card. We will give you advance notice of any price change before it applies to your plan. Applicable taxes may be added to your invoice.

You can cancel at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

You own the contacts and messages you upload. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, in particular for spam or unlawful messaging.

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where WASenderPlus is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law in your own country.
